Mainspring is a small, senior team of experts in the software & engineering space. Between us we have founded and sold software companies, designed large-scale industrial machinery, and project managed manufacturing partners. We came to AI the same way most of our clients do: as managers with a problem to solve, not as technologists looking for one.

Most of us have been working for a long time. We have hired and let people go, missed a delivery, argued with an auditor, and sat in the meeting where a piece of expensive software was quietly switched off because nobody used it. None of that is on a certificate, but all of it is useful when you are deciding where AI belongs in a business.
